Guest occupancy & visitors
The guesthouse is designed for two people and can accommodate up to four overnight guests. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation.

Visitors are welcome for dinner or a small, quiet gathering. No more than eight people—including registered overnight guests—may be on the property at one time. Large parties and events are not permitted.

Samsung mini-split remote
This system’s default is Auto, which maintains a temperature range and produces warm or cool air as needed. If you change from Auto mode, both units must always be set to the same mode: Heat, Cool, or Auto.

Please do not set cooling below 68°F or heating above 76°F. A space heater is available if needed.

Point the remote directly at the wall unit, then press Power. For air conditioning, press Mode until the snowflake symbol appears. For heat, select the sun symbol. Use the temperature arrows to choose your preferred setting.

Press Fan to adjust the airflow speed. Press Swing if you would like the louvers to move and distribute air throughout the room. After changing a setting, allow the unit a few minutes to respond.

Keep doors and windows closed while the mini-split is running, and avoid turning the system off and back on repeatedly. Please message us if the unit does not respond or you need help with the remote.

Our home is pet-free
While we love animals, our home is completely pet-free to keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, including those with severe allergies. Thank you for leaving your furry friends at home.

Insurance & Security
For guests booking through Furnished Finder, we recommend obtaining renters insurance to protect your personal belongings during longer stays.

Although we are located in a very safe and peaceful area, please do not leave valuables unattended. Any personal belongings kept at the property are left at the guest’s own risk.

Both the front door and the garage entry door must be locked whenever the guesthouse is unattended.

Exterior security cameras are located around the property for safety and security.

A fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are located in the kitchen.

Caring for the space
Please treat the furnishings and appliances with care. Flush only toilet paper; place wipes, paper towels, and feminine hygiene products in the trash.

Please let us know promptly if anything is damaged, missing, or not working properly.
